Terms of Use
Effective October 22, 2026
Acceptance
By downloading, purchasing, or using Unwanted Callers, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Entertainment only
Unwanted Callers is an entertainment app that displays simulated screen effects — a low-battery warning, lost reception, a no-signal screen, a fake incoming call, a screen glitch, and a fake system update. No real calls, signal, battery, or system state is affected. You must never use the app to deceive emergency services, commit fraud, evade legal obligations, or break any law in your state or country. You are responsible for how you use it.
Purchases and access
- On the website, the regular version is a one-time purchase of $0.99 that unlocks all four core simulations; the Premium upgrade is a one-time purchase of $2.99 that adds two exclusive simulations, customization settings, and unlimited saved callers. There are no subscriptions and no recurring charges.
- Your web purchase is linked to the email you enter at checkout. Sign in with that email to restore access on any device.
- The App Store and Google Play versions are paid upfront: all content is included with the store purchase and no in-app checkout appears in them.
Accounts and deletion
An account is optional on the website and is used to restore your purchase and save preferences. You can delete your account at any time in Settings → Danger Zone, or by contacting us. Deleting your account does not affect purchases already charged.
Acceptable use
Do not copy, reverse engineer, or redistribute the app, and do not attempt to access paid content without paying. We may revoke access obtained through fraud or abuse.
Disclaimer of warranties
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we are not responsible for outcomes resulting from its use, including how other people react to its simulations.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the app is the amount you paid for it.
Apple-specific terms
If you obtained the app from the Apple App Store, you acknowledge that Apple is not a party to these terms, is not responsible for the app or its content, and has no obligation to provide maintenance or support. To the extent the app fails to meet any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and receive a refund of the purchase price where required. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these terms and may enforce them against you.
Google Play terms
If you obtained the app from Google Play, the Google Play Terms of Service also apply between you and Google; these terms govern your relationship with us.
