Who we are

Unwanted Callers is an entertainment app published by tgsrai-studios (created and maintained by Culhane St John). This policy explains what information the app collects, how it is used, and how you can delete it.

Information we collect

  • Account information: your email address and name when you create an account or sign in (including when you use Google or Apple sign-in).
  • Purchase information: the email address you enter at checkout and a record of your purchase, so your unlock can be granted and restored. Payment card details are handled by our payment processor (Wix Payments) and are never stored in this app.
  • Support requests: the name, email, and message you send us through the Contact page.
  • Local device data: your saved callers and customization preferences are stored only on your device in your browser storage. They are not uploaded to our servers.
  • Usage analytics: aggregate, anonymous usage statistics (for example, which simulations are opened) that do not identify you.

What we never collect

The app does not access your real phone calls, contact list, call history, or microphone. Every simulation is a visual and audio effect rendered on your screen. Nothing about your actual calls is recorded or transmitted.

How we use information

  • To create and maintain your account.
  • To grant, verify, and restore your purchase entitlement.
  • To answer support requests.
  • To improve the app based on aggregate usage.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that operate the app (hosting and authentication on the Base44 platform; payment processing through Wix Payments) and when required by law.

Retention and deletion

You can permanently delete your account from Settings → Danger Zone at any time, on the web app or in the app. You can also request deletion through our Contact page. We keep a minimal purchase record so your unlock can be restored unless you ask us to remove it.

Children

The app is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the app evolves. The current version is always available here.
